The rental process was quick and easy, and our agent, Autumn couldn't have been sweeter. The car, a 2017 Nissan Murano was amazing! It was my first time driving a car other than my 16 year old Jeep and the contrast was stunning. It was a level of comfort I was not accustomed to, and just the security of knowing it would have no difficulty making the trip allowed us to relax and just enjoy the ride. I think at this point, we'll be going the Enterprise route more often. It just makes perfect sense!
Needed an unscheduled rental ASAP. Only problem, the call center did not check with the local branch to see if what I requested was available. So I had to get something other than what I requested, but it work out anyway.
This is by far the worst company. The employees are rude and unhelpful. I sat on hold forever while their "hold music" told me all about how family friendly and helpful they are, yet they don't carry any vehicles in their fleet that can accommodate 4 car seats. When I tried to explain this to them they hung up on me and refused to make any family friendly accommodations. Worst customer service ever.
I'm in a rental car 2-3 days per week. From past experiences with other car rental companies, I choose to only use Enterprise. Their focus on customer service is what sets them a part and some of their best work is done in Warrensville Heights, OH. From the manager Autumn, to the associates Tamara & Carmen, to the friendly porters at the branch, I've always received the best from that group. They've earned my customer loyalty now, and for years to come!
Autumn makes sure that everything is good. Along with the other worker whose names I forgot. Always give good customer service and make sure you know what features your vehicle has. They make sure that you like your service.
