Not a good experience for me! I ordered a promotion that included a crib, changing table and free mattress within the time frame stated in the promotion. Two weeks after I placed my order I received an email stating my order was cancelled. I called customer service and re-ordered in a different color. When I got the confirmation email I noticed the free mattress wasn't included! I called customer service to inquire about the mattress. I was told I missed the promotional deadline so I wasn't eligible to get it. I told them I did order within the time frame but it took them 2 weeks to let me know THEY cancelled my order! Back and forth emails determined it was too bad for me! No free mattress!! Five days later I got an email telling me my 2nd order was cancelled!! I called (I don't know why) and placed an order for the 3rd time. I needed a crib! A week later a 90 pound crib came and was delivered to my neighbors house. (not their fault) A few days later a 2nd crib was delivered to my neighbors house.(not their fault again) So, now I have TWO CRIBS, one that I had to contact customer service and FedEx in order to return!! Such an inconvenience and massive amount of time spent on this ordeal...and, I still didn't get the promotional mattress!!!!!
Employees are helpful and knowledgeable and they have nice products that I can't always find just anywhere.
Some things are a little expensive, but overall a good place to shop. And they do price match which is definitely a plus.
Wow! This was my first stop in BBB, and I will be back. I loathe Babies R Us (decor, organization, selection... Hate it all!) And Bed Bath and Beyond gives me minor panic attacks, but this Buy Buy Baby captured the best of each store while avoiding the worst. SO clean and organized, bright, awesome displays, terrific selection of goods... It's a must-see for expecting parents. Prices seem reasonable- bring a coupon! While there's a bit of accessory-overload going on at this place, at least it's with cute baby and kid gear instead of Scrubby Buddies and coffee pods, like the store's homegoods counterpart.
Loved this store. More baby stuff than I've seen at any other store. Best of all, the service was great! They were very kind and very helpful. Best baby place to go to.
