I like shopping at Value City furniture. The store is well layed out. They always have something new. I like that the sells man are helpful but they don't hover. The prices are affordable.
Very unprofessional service. When you try to call they never pick up the phone. I’ve been trying to reach them for days. I have a problem with a recliner, and they came out to fix it a week ago. They were not able to fix it. And I never heard anything back from them again. Been trying to reach them ever since. Very unprofessional company!
One review said they absolutely refuse to haggle on price. I bought a recliner and dresser from the clearance area and was able to get a significant discount from the lowest marked price. I was happy with the quality of the pieces I bought. I had a decent experience.
Just dialed while reading the other reviews. They are correct. No one answers the phone. Supposed to pick up furniture today. But don't want to go there if order didn't arrive yet. How should I confirm my order is ready if they don't answer the phone. Otherwise, in the store, its nice they don't bother you. My purchase was smooth. Need someone to answer the phone though
You’re better off paying a little more and getting better service somewhere else.
